Green Day abre sus archivos para recopilar diferentes grabaciones realizadas para la BBC entre 1994 y el 2001. El disco contiene 16 canciones en directo grabadas en los legendarios estudios Maida Vale en 1994, 1996, 1998 y 2001. Esta es la primera vez que este material, extraído de cuatro actuaciones, ha sido masterizado para su publicación oficial. Cuatro meses después de publicar "Dookie", Green Day entraron en los estudios Maida Vale de la BBC el 8 de junio de 1994 para grabar un set de cuatro canciones (“She”, “When I Come Around”. “Basket Case” y “2000 Light Years”) que capturaron al grupo cuando su carrera estaba a punto de explosionar. En 1996 volvieron para promocionar el disco "Insomniac" y repitieron en el 98 con "Nimrod" y en el 2001 con "Warning".
